Service Agreement

1. Deposit & Identification

• A valid original passport or a cash deposit of 15,000 baht is required.

• To confirm your booking, provide a photo of your passport or driver’s license.

 

2. Vehicle Use & Responsibilities

• Tire damage caused by nails or sharp objects is not covered by insurance and must be paid for by the renter.

• All vehicles are insured. In the event of an accident, repairs are covered by the insurance company, but the renter must compensate for the downtime during repairs (up to a maximum of 30,000 baht).

• Vehicles must not leave Koh Chang without a special agreement.

• All vehicles come with automatic transmission.

• If a child seat is needed, please inform us in advance.

 

3. Pickup & Return Service

• Free delivery and return to major Koh Chang resorts for rentals of 2 days or more.

• Standard delivery and pickup fees:

  • Klong Son – 500 baht

  • Lonely Beach – 500 baht

  • Bailan – 600 baht

  • Bang Bao – 750 baht

  • East Coast – 1,800 baht

• Long-term rental discounts available (starting from a 1-month contract).

 

4. Rental Rules & Warnings

• No smoking inside the vehicle.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Turn off the air conditioner when driving with windows open.

• Pet policy: A 500 baht cleaning fee applies if traveling with pets.

 

 

By renting a vehicle, you agree to abide by these terms.
